  • Do you ever feel out of control?
  • Is your anger out of proportion to what is going on?
  • Are you easily triggered?

Emotions are not ‘good’ or ‘bad’, they are just information. There is a reason you are angry. What is your anger telling you?

OK, so you’re angry. Now you have two challenges. The first challenge is to express your anger in ways that are not harmful. The second is to undertake the Hero’s Journey to resolve your anger.

The starting point for both challenges is to understand your triggers. What triggers you and more importantly, why?

Next time you are triggered, ask yourself the question: just like when? When did I first feel like that?
